The fight to save Deebing Creek is coming to Fraser's Property! Since late January the true original owners and their supporters have been camping at Deebing Creek to of the land and sites.

Deebing Creek (Yuggera Ugarapul land just outside of Ipswich) is home to the site of a mission site that operated from the 1800s-1900s, the mission cemetery site, and a massacre site. It's also home to sacred scar trees and ceremonial sites like Bora Rings. Deebing Creek is sacred and must be saved from development by Fraser's Property who bought it after it was taken off the heritage register. The land has always and will always belong to Yuggera Ugarapul people who never ceded their sovereignty or sold the land and it must be recognised as belonging to them.
