QAGOMA Indigenous Art Tour of Kith and Kin

At GOMA, Gillian and Catherine will Guide us through two co-located and complimentary exhibitions:
Kith and Kin and Inscribing a Life
The tour participants will divide into two groups, and we will spend a full half an hour in each exhibition.
For those travelling by train from Wynnum Central Train Station, we will be leaving at 9.00 am, so we will meet ten minutes beforehand. If you join us from another train station, we will be on the last carriage.
For all others, we will meet you and our regular guides, Gillian and Catherine, a few minutes before 10.00 AM at the Entrance to GOMA.
Catherine and Gillian — our experienced guides — decided to combine the Noonga Reconciliation Group and Wynnum Allies together. Each has a similar focus on First Nations Truth Telling as a strong focus of the visit.
Afterwards, we will go for (self-funded) coffee or a meal at the GOMA Bistro next to the Brisbane River. The Bistro now has a new Big Hose Installation that is used as a children’s playground.
